1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 77fbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77fbd website at 77fbd.bio, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment functions, and promotional features made available through the Platform.

By accessing, registering on, depositing to, or otherwise using the 77fbd platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the 77fbd platform.

3 Account Registration and Security

One account per person is permitted. 77fbd reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances where duplicate registration is detected.

77fbd reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that a registration violates these Terms or applicable law.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

77fbd supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Payment method details are shown within the deposit and withdrawal sections of your 77fbd account after login.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in the same name as your registered 77fbd account. 77fbd reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits credited to your 77fbd account must be played through at least once before a withdrawal is permitted, unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms. This requirement exists to prevent payment processing abuse.
• 77fbd does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees directly. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees or charges. 77fbd has no control over third-party payment provider fees.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

77fbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published with the relevant offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual bonus offer terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements, and may not be used in conjunction with other bonus offers unless explicitly stated.
• 77fbd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is found to have been credited in error, 77fbd reserves the right to reclaim that bonus amount from your account balance.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 77fbd platform are operated by licensed third-party game providers. The rules governing each game are set by the respective provider and are accessible within each game's interface. By participating in any game on the 77fbd platform, you agree to be bound by the rules of that game as set by the provider.

• All game outcomes on 77fbd are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 77fbd does not alter, influence, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77fbd platform. Any user found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension and may face permanent termination and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account on the 77fbd platform, whether under your own identity or under false or third-party identities.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic aids to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by 77fbd.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage on the platform.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 77fbd staff, other players, or any third party connected with the platform through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

77fbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Bangladesh players who use the platform. Gaming should always be treated as a form of entertainment and never as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 77fbd account holders:

• 77fbd has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
• The account holder has requested voluntary self-exclusion or closure of their account, or has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77fbd's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 77fbd account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77fbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 77fbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77fbd platform — including but not limited to the site design, logo, typography, colour scheme, text content, graphics, button layouts, and game interfaces displayed through the 77fbd website — is the exclusive property of 77fbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 77fbd platform without the express prior written consent of 77fbd. Unauthorised use of 77fbd's intellectual property may result in legal action.

12 Privacy and Data Protection
